I run pump- 93 actung
Ratio-32-1
Mixing gas- like a normal human being, in the can first
Air Filter- more than anybody on this earth, even if its not dirty. I have a huge Sponsorship with No Toil so i get alot of products.
The manual says that the power valve is just a wear part, and it says it needs to be replaced/cleaned every once in a while.
I have never run race fuel, is it any good??

Connor- that's cool (a huge Sponsorship with No Toil). Well we all know the manual is always right!!

But if it was my bike I'd start there with the power valve-making sure it is working right.

Or put the bike back the way it was and see how it runs-maybe the pipe and shorty is the trouble.

I ordered all the parts i needed for the power valve rebuild... ($250 BIG ONES) and so far on this rebuild we have invested around 600-700 bucks in parts and labor. not exactly cheap but it never is.
I have a service manual but of course that wont give me any freaking information on anything about the carb.
The Stock pipe was damaged and had a few issues with the sealing.

Connor----*LOL* with all the money you saved on air filters and alot of products what is $250.
Ok if you dont know what came in the carb new go look on line at the parts it will tell you.

If I just put $600-$700 in parts on a bike and now it is not running as good or better than before the parts-I would start looking at what I did.

But if you feel it is just jetting---work on that. There is alot of info on line on jetting.

Hahaha I have spent that 600-700 on labor to, JM racing put the engine together and i took it apart and stabbed it in the frame. I did everything except put the piston in, which cost $150, plus parts from jm. Then i bought cables, clutches, a few other little nic nacs for the engine and now all the power calve crap!
lol to the no toil thing, the only reason i mentioned that is because there my favorite sponsor and i love em'. hhaa

Connor,

don't forget to check the squish especially when you do your own rebuild.
