The Rio Grande Valley has not had a Harescramble in more than 20years!
This is great for the motocrossers that are looking to get in shape or the trail riders that dont like the intensity of Motocross.
We are going to have a Harescramble on Feb. 7th
Mini program parade lap starts at 9:15 AM with the following classes: 50 cc A&B 65 cc A&B 85 cc A&B
This is a 1 hour race on approximately 3 mile course
Big Bike class parade lap is at 11 AM with the following classes: Open - Inter, Novice and Beginner +30 +40 Super Mini Women This is a 1 1/2 hour race over a 5 mile course.
If enough ATV's show up we will have a class for them after the big bikes.

Where: Ozark Empire Fairgrounds Indoor Arena 3001 N. Grant Ave. Springfield MO When: March 19th and 20th, 2010. What: Pro & Amateur Endurocross Racing Indoors and FMX Freestyle show. Track: Am level Enduroxross Track designed by 17 Time MHSC Champ Steve Leivan Pits: Indoor, Concrete floored, Heated, No motors running in pits.
SCHEDULE: both Fri and Sat: Gates & Registration will open @ 9 a.m. Am Registration Closes @ 11:15 a.m. Mandatory Riders meeting (not pros)@ 11:30a.m. Amateur Practice @ 12 noon Amateur Heats @ 1:30 p.m. LCQ's if needed are immediately after heats. Pro Registration @ 3:30 p.m. Mandatory Pro Riders Meeting @ 4:00 p.m. Pro Practice @ 4:15p.m. Spectator gate opens: @ 5:30 p.m. Mains and Opening Ceremonies @ 7:00 p.m.
COST'S: Amateur Pre- Entry Fee's are $20 per class + pit pass Amateur "At the door" Entry Fee's are $25 per class + pit pass Pro Pre Entry Fee’s are $30 per class + pit pass Pro “At the door” Entry Fee’s are $35 per class + pit pass Pit Passes are $15 per day ($25 for a 2-day can be purchased Friday) Pit passes required for anyone wanting in Pits-including racers. Pit Passes will increase to $20 for one day and $30 for 2 day at 4:00 after pro registration. Pit passes are intended for racers and their crew. Pre Entered racers must check in by Registration close on both Friday and Saturday. Camping is available on grounds. $10 electrical Hookup fee paid to Fair Personnel. *If you are going to be in the facility at all before 5:30 p.m., DO NOT purchase a general spectator ticket. You will only need a pit pass. Pit passes will get you into the main show as well as in the facility during the day. NO refunds on advance tickets or pit passes.
DETAILS: Friday and Saturday are 2 separate race events with separate Am trophy and pro payout. Racers must be registered by 11:30 each day. No Exceptions. Pro’s are invited to participate in opening ceremonies, and the 5:30 Sat pit party. Be ready at 5:15 for the pit party and 6:45 for opening ceremonies. Basic track layout: Backwards falling gate, The track will be built to be challenging but do-able for Am’s. Layout is being planned. Steve Leivan is busy designing the brute. 150cc and under class will have an option lane around the most difficult obstacle. All Am Main’s will run in the night show each night. January 30-31 at Cross Creek Cycle Park, Beabout MX Training will be holding two days of rider training. Each rider will be evaluated thoroughly and will receive the level of training that is needed for him and her. Become mentally stronger, the importance of strategy, tactics, proper braking, clutch control, cornering drills, and jumping drills. It takes repetition to grasp these concepts which will turn into a natural action that the student wont have to think about and will follow... Contact Brandon Beabout for info and to register.
