What: The independent movie, "Penton: The John Penton Story" When: Sat., June 28, 7:30pm Where: Angelika Film Center, 5321 East Mockingbird Lane, Suite 230, Dallas, Tx, 75206 (near the intersection of Central Expwy) Cost: $15, advance purchase only (see link below)
You might have heard talk of this movie being made about an offroad motorcycling legend. Now, after working with Gathr Films, there's a showing set for Dallas. However, a minimum of 80 tickets must sell before the screening will be secured. Don't worry - if the screening doesn't happen you will NOT be charged. I've purchased the first two tickets myself.
I'll post more promotional material over the weekend but I wanted to get this exciting news out to my fellow TORN racers.
I already posted this in the general forum because I just heard about SST (Super Stadium Trucks) being added, but figured I'd include it here as well. You can find all the info at xgames.com and buy tickets at xgames.com/tickets
This is big for Austin don't you think? It's at Circuit of the Americas which I have yet to go to, but I read it was specifically designed as a formula 1 track so i'm assuming it's pretty cool, I plan on taking the family!
