Went to a new ridding area on the backside of lake Livingston Dam today.
It is a new place called BlueLake Adventures ATV Trails.
The phone number is 936-767-4667

900-1000 acres of ridding through pastures, woods, river sand bars, and one big ridge hill.
This place is new and has some good potential.
The trails are still so new that there needs to be alot of trees cleaned out of the way but still had a blast.
For now they are charging ten bucks to ride all day and or all night.
Seems you can get 24 hours or ridding in if your there at 8:00 am.

Jason and Wayne are the sons who will always be there.
They do ask you to wear a helmet, and the normal stuff.
You need to sign a waiver that is ten pages long.
They will then issue you membership card that if you bring with the next time you will not have to fill out waiver.
If you call the number it is the Dad's mobile number, Charlie si his name I think. (bad memory).

Direcetions.
From I45, Turn east on 1097 in Willis or go north till you get to HWY 150.
Take 1097 till you get to 150 and turn right, (east again) and go till you get to Coldspring.
Stay on 150 all through town, turn right in town staying on 150 going towards Shepard.

You will come to Cammilia Highway, look for signs saying "Lake Livingston Dam"
FM 222
You will take this a few miles untill you get to FM 3278, this road is just after FM 3278 (no kidding.)
This road will take you past the "Dam liquior Store" and to the bottom of the dam.
There will be a sign on the right hand side the road that reads, "BlueLake Adventures".
Turn and and say hi to Jason.
And go ridding.

ct and paste the following link.

Thanks for the info Kory,

I'm guessing you're an ATV rider on the weekends? I'll drop by Mancuso sometime and say hello....I'm right down the street from you...in the back corner of The Woodlands...in Timber Lakes on Spring Creek.

So, how the heck did you find this place?

I would have loved for the TMTC to buy the "White Cliffs" property for sale last year on the East side of Lake Livingston, but at the time, nobody was interested....too bad, the price was great and the land was awesome for trailriding. I think Lake Livingston would be an awesome place to build a property!

Hello everyone, just got back from vacation and was reading the posts.
Well I found this place by accident.
They are faxing the info to all the bike shops, regardless of weather or not you hndle ATV units.

Anyhow got the fax and called them up.
I am trying to find places to ride near home. (Conroe)
I rode a couple of years ago on the San Jac at 242.
Well I just got a new Honda 4 wheeler this Janruary and need places to ride and explore.
I grew on on ATC's, a 70, 90, and 185's all prior to suspension, OUCH. Good thing I was young.

So if any of you want to go ridding I will be more than happy to go check it out when I am not ridding on the Harley.

Thanks again for such a great spot, have gotten lots of good info out of here.

Take care.

Kory

I can tell you I have got ahold of the owner that is listed with the Phone number.

He said the land has been divided up and sold.
And he has a couple plots of land in it.

And non of the owners will allow anybody to ride a aTV or UTV on the land.

They have a couple hunting leases on it .
And some cattle.
Other than that.
Nobody can go on the property.
