So I was just wondering what the staff thought of the new system? Was it easier than expected to use and score?
From a rider perspective, the only difference was that I lost a bit of time the first two tests because my bike was running but, after that, I shut the bike down at the check and it didn't seem to have any issues.
The other question I had was, how easy is it going to be going from the Mototally to the Livelaps when it comes to transferring all the past results?

I see that they are transferring the points but I have more points on Mototally then I do on on live laps? I like the real time of live laps but I like the organized site on Mototally much better for viewing race results! It is nice to be able to look at b only or c only or a only instead on one large group other than class. I also experienced long times for the phone to pick up my tag I did not think much about it tell I saw I lost some tests by seconds

I like both systems, each have their pro's and con's. The live scoring aspect of LiveLaps is great and saves a lot of time in score clean up race day. One of the big pro's to LiveLaps is we have three stand alone systems at each check-out, three phones have to fail before the whole check is hosed. Transferring the data and points from Mototally will take some time, so please be patient. lol We have a long summer break to get it right. I feel like as time goes by we'll get more proficient with the system.

So just for understanding here, you are saying that you shut your bike off at the check out and therefore the phone was able to read the puck faster?

Yep, that was the case Trouble Maker...once I figured that out and shut the bike down, there didn't seem to be as much of an issue!

So that's how you beat me!

LOL@Richard...trust me, I'm surprised each time that I actually beat anyone at the races! I do know this, I'm having a great time and have really enjoyed all the courses so far!!
