Ok folks, the time has! TSCEC has switched over to a new Scoring system! Starting with with Concho we will be using LiveLaps to score with. To register for the race one must go to LiveLaps and create an user account, find your event, sign up, and that is it! Takes maybe 5 minutes the first time.

I'm just curious why the change? LiveLaps is a cell based system, how's that going to work at places where cell service is spotty at best?

And for those of you that old, slow and not very bright ( like me),that means Concho registration is now open! On Live Laps.

And I have a hunch we are All GOING TO LIKE THIS SYSTEM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER. Time will tell.

Hey I just did this and it registered and charged me but didn't give me an option for a row choice, it just asked what race I wanted and then sent me to PayPal and then sent me a confirmation...

There's a comment box when you sign up, leave your row number request there.

The biggest reason was reliability and the lack of customer support from the other company. There was no cost passed onto the clubs for the new system.
Cell service is spotty in areas, but you don't need 100% cell service for the system to work, just at sign ups. I built a really cool cell booster that worked great at LTR, I had 5 bars of LTE service there with AT&T.

Short answer is yes. LiveLaps will be importing and creating a series for us with the past events and points, it may take a few weeks but it will be done.
