I was wondering if anyone has heard any updates from our land owners and fellow members in the Bastrop County area since the latest rains have hit so hard. I saw some photos of Walnut Creek along 535 in the Rockne and Cedar Creek area, and "they ain't purty!" I hope everyone is staying safe and is spending their down time working on bikes and trail maintenance gear for when the 40 days and 40 nights of storms are over. I can imagine it will take quite a bit of time and help to restore or cut new trails. I'll be ready!

A few VIP's came out to Smithville on Memorial Day.
GP course was 50/50, prime/mud. Grassy Parking areas would be great for growing rice currently. 18" at ranch in the past 8 weeks.

Been riding Rockne/Smithville enduros since the early 70's. Amazing and sad to see what is happening there and other hard hit areas in TX. I am in an area where 50-60 inches a year is normal and we are seeing that as dry times compared to current levels. Good luck to all, looks like there is more to come.
