Deer cleared from trails, no blow downs in last nights wind. Temps are perfect, still worked up a sweat in first lap this morning.

I have not ridden in 5 yrs and was determined to "get out there" with AMSA in 2014. I met some great people and had a great time. Thank you to all who worked to set up the trail, and to the property owners for allowing the club to use the ranch. Looking forward to the next ride day, & I'm ready to help if needed.

Great day...conditions were great and even temps were nice once you got into the woods. Sure glad we didn't chicken out due to the weather. In fact, was fun reflecting back on the day as the weather people were talking about the arctic blast and we said we just did a trail ride! Thanks again to Larry and Kyle for making this happen, as well as the McMahan family for their allowing us to ride the property.

Thanks to everyone who came out today to enjoy a great day of riding and giving.

All proceeds, except membership money, were given to kids for scholarships (not my kids).

They say the most gracious thing you can ever do is to help people you do not know without expecting anything in return.

Everyone who participated today enjoyed a great day of riding, at a most wonderful ranch, and help kids get a better education.

Thanks to all those who helped put this event together and the McMahan's for allowing us to enjoy their slice of heaven on earth.
