How does one uplaod a picture to a forum for people to see???

For a single picture, upload it as an attachment to a post. You'll need to resize the image to no larger than about 500 pixels wide to reduce the size of the image to something acceptable.

How does one "upload" to a post?

I have a couple of pics that are located on my hardrive.

when you make a post and click "Do It", the next screen has a box for attachments. It says You may attach a file if you like (no bigger than 150000 bytes please).

Just put the info in the box as to where the file is on your computer, then click "Do It" again. Info you put in the box should look something like this
c:/my pictures/me_riding.jpg or wherever the file or pic is.
