can anyone tell me some good places to ride in the lubbock texas area i am new to the area and would like some information on public riding areas the only place i've been able to locate is the cycle ranch, i was wondering if there were any other good trails around that you don't have to pay to ride at

can someone please answer my question about riding areas, i'm itching to ride but 40 dollars a pop is to much any info would be helpful

There's at least three clubs in Lubbock. Each has its own lease with plenty of land for riding. If you're really serious about riding, I'd suggest you contact the clubs. The clubs I know of are Renegade Trails, Lubbock Trail Riders, and the West Texas Boondockers. You can get contact information from the TSCEC Clubs page at www.tscec.org/clubs.htm

Man, Thanks for the picture! It's deja vu all over again.
I started out riding dirt bikes in Odessa. We knew where all the calichie pits were. It was great fun and really taught you the need to keep the rubber side down.
