To be helpful, you will need to provide more information:

1. How do you get to the TORCS web site (enter the url, bookmark, click a link, etc.) ?
2. What page were you viewing when the file attempted to download?
3.What was the approximate time of the incident?
4. What file tried to auto install?
5. What software reported this incident?

Rather than posting in a forum, contact me (bud@texasoffroad.net), a TON administrator (tonadmin@texasoffroad.net), or the web site owner immediately if you see something suspicious.

I have reviewed the entire web site and see nothing out of place. I have also reviewed the system log files around the time of your initial post. I see your IP's access to the TON and TORO sites but none for torcsracing.com.

I only see one access to honeycreek.jpg for CW927.

If your software reported something bad, I can only guess that you somehow accessed the old TORCS site on some other server or got delivered a stale page somehow. I have not found any evidence that it came from the current web site or the TON server.

I take statements such as the one you made very seriously and will work until we get to the bottom of the issue.

Please do this for me:

1. Click start.
2. Type "cmd" and press enter.
3. Type "tracert torcsracing.com" and press enter.
4, Tell me the last IP address in the list.
