Try Buffalo Valley. I don't ride mx but have been there once. It's no Cycle Ranch (only went and watched, haven't ridden there), but it's a place to ride. It's out off of I-10 east down Trainer Hale Rd. Call Tom @ 210.845.2017 to see if he's open.
