Thanks for your patience - it's been a hectic week and I'm looking forward to the race this weekend. I know that there are some potential challenges posed by some current meteorological happenings. I will monitor their effect on the forest and keep the information updated here.

First, a few notes:
- IT STARTS AT THE EAST SIDE TRAIL HEAD.
- Have an OHV sticker. We will have a few, but only about a dozen at best.
- Pay your daily fee if you don't have an annual pass. Keep the stub with you. Annual passes are not transferrable.
- Don't haul up and down the fire roads (off the course) if you don't have a plated bike. I hear those tickets are expensive.
- Bring your own food and drinks.
- Park courteously, and carpool if you can. You don't need to bring your 93 foot SuperMegaWholeLifeInside Hauler if Junior is only coming race his PW50. Also, when parking, think about whether the folks you are near can still load/unload their bikes with the way you are parked.
- There will be a sound check at registration.
- PLEASE be courteous and respectful to any Park Rangers or other USFS personnel you encounter out there. (That should be every time you go out, not just for this race...)
- HYDRATE!
- Call before you haul. The number is 936-344-6205. If the trails are open, we are racing. You can also check the information here, as I will keep it as current as I can.

That's about all I can think of at the moment. Now, I rode most of the course last weekend and it was in great shape. A lot of the big, deep mud puddles are now were dried out and might be considered elevation changes, so jet accordingly (that's a joke, in case you don't know). It should be fun and I appreciate everyone who has helped me put this together, and I appreciate all the folks who have graciously volunteered to help work it this weekend.

Now, what you have all been waiting for: route info.

I have received several calls from folks that use Enduro Roll Chart 3.1 downloaded from the internet asking how to do "leaps"; the program does not have that functionality. I believe the program was written for bicycle riders, guess they need resets rather than leaps.....I know I would!

Happy trails,
Mark

Mark, that's right, which is why I posted a .pdf copy of the roll chart here. Jack and I had this same discussion yesterday and Greg and I both screwed up on a race last season because of that exact issue. Thanks for pointing that out to folks.

Thanks, Nate. For anyone who's concerned about the race not running, it is still on as of this posting. If it is not going to be run, we will update the TRH hotline by 1 p.m. tomorrow and I will post here as well.
