SNBRacing TON Member Registered: 04/19/03 Posts: 258	you can make your 50 legal prety fast, By Texas laws you could consider your 50 a MOPED because if produces less than 2 gross brake horsepower (close enough), the motor is under 50cc's (49cc's), it goes under 30 MPH, and it has an automatic transmission. Don't believe me? Check the laws. THE CATCH is that technically you are supposed to have pedals to propel it at one point or another. This part of the law is rarely enforced-a common example would be one of those new 49cc streetbikes which are classified as mopeds even though they have no pedals. _________________________ Thanks TON!
