Big thanks to the XCD team at Matador this weekend. I'm guessing it took 10 or more volunteers to make it all happen and you could sure tell it!! The course layout was great, it flowed nicely with good use of the natural terrain and was one of the most spectator friendly races I've attended. Scoring was instantaneous, literally! You could watch live progress of your rider on any smart phone and see lap times and position on the go.

Last but not least, the trophies were super cool and there were tons of prizes given out in all classes as well as (4) $50 drawings for team race entries.

Thanks for a FUN weekend!!

I agree 100%. The trail was super fun, as for the scoring, being able to watch live from smart phone was really cool. Great trophies given out.If you missed out on this race, you really missed out!!

Metcalf did NOT like the pavement. It tried to eat him!
