You will not need an OHV sticker for our event and we will be using some of the motocross.

Just so nobody worries about the poles and cables. You would have to get really out of shape to hit the poles. The video must have shown them much closer to the track then they really are. It's kinda like when I see video of me riding. I know I'm hauling butt, yet when I see the video it looks like I'm going at normal speed. LOL

So how much area is there going to be for camping? Or do we pick one of the front yards in the neigborhood. Can we hook up to their water, electric and sewer? "Sir could you please move your BMW I need that space for my bike"
I remember racing at Samuell Farms in Mesquite back around 2002. The neigbors called the police and the news. The club made the 9 o'clock news.

It may be one thing for a weekend rider who is just playing but for a race where you have people battling for position (or just having Crow on the track) it is not safe. We all take chances with the sport we love but we have to be realistic also hit a tree it hurts land on a pipe or get ejected from a cable that is serious and we are putting our kids and friends and family out there. Did not want to be a basher of the place just voicing my opinion on the track and giving input on riders feelings before the track is built. Curtis has always done a good job making a fun and safe track he puts family and loved ones out there to race also.

Oh yeah, you gotta watch out for those poles and cables..........might as well quit racing then since most tracks are covered with trees, rocks, roots, chuck holes, creeks, and the occasional low hanging branch to clothesline your butt right off the bike.........Gimme a break.

Hey N8dawg where do you get off posting on this because from the looks of things you have NEVER ran a TORN race NEVER ran a TORO race RAN HALF the 08 season at TCCRA and have ran a WHOOPING total of 5 races in 2 years so it sounds like you already quit so till you are more than an internet racer keep your opinion of OUR (THOSE OF US WHO DO RACE) tracks to yourself. So if you need a break looks like you are already taking one.
