Doubtful Porky has bought many used dirtbikes. Titles are the exception rather than the norm on dirtbikes.

I've always called APD and had them run the VIN if I wasn't totally comfortable with the seller. However, I bought one from a somewhat sketchy dude a couple months ago, and the cop I was connected to would not run it for me over the phone. Said they would have to send a squad car out. I thought that was really helpful.
