I spoke with Sean. As I am sure you all know already their site is down due to a construction mishap that cut their internet connection from the hosting facility. As far as my questions, here were the answers (i hope this helps someone else)

1. The small bikes will have at least a 30 minute practice dedicated to them only. You may ride during the open practice at your own risk. Sean estimates around 9ish.
2. The gates open at 6am
3. Sign up will closely follow
4. You are classified from previous experience. For my purpose, we race TORO and will sign up in the same class we use for that series.
5. If you do not have a partner for the team event, you can find one on race day, Sean will announce for riders looking for a partner, or you may can ride by yourself but be docked 5 seconds per lap to compensate for riding solo. I need a partner for my rider
