Take desired amount on husk-on ears of corn and soak them in a bucket of water for 2 hrs.
Place the ears of corn with husk-on directly on an open grill until husks turn brown or even longer for a real roasted flavor.
Peel the husk back forming a handle for this dude. Kids really like the handle part of this.
Salt n pepper n butter and your there.
This is a quick and easy campfire appetizer and kids really think it's cool.
Hint, keep a bucket full around camp for snackin around the campfire it's simple and inexpensive, the leftovers can go into the fire and will burn up.
