I was standing in line to turn in my score card one year when I noticed the rider in front of me. His jersey was torn and he was bloodied up. He turned around and said "did you see that deer jump on me?" I thought he must of hit his head when he crashed. He told me that I passed him just about the time the deer jumped him. The guy standing behind us said "I saw that!! That deer jumped right on you!" Now I'm thinking that they both must have hit their heads!!!!
I found out that we were in the creek bed in the last test. I remember passing 2 guys in the bottom of the creek. They thought the deer was spooked and tried to jump across the creek bed but landed on the rider. I guess it was a wild ride for sure!!

"Hell yes I can ride. I was riding when I got bucked off!!"
