Details about the TON Banner Ad and Forum Program:

YOUR BANNER AD --

The TON forums run a 160 pixel wide column on the right side of every page - where we run 160x160 square banner ads. (Smaller 125x125 ads is also very common) Your ad will run on all forum pages - in the Texas Offroad Network Sponsors and Partners area, directly below the 160x600 skyscraper ad in the top space.

Specifications: Your banner ad should be no larger than 160 pixel by 160 pixel -- a .gif or .jpg -- static or animated - with a maximum file size under 20kb, since many of our readers/visitors are in rural areas without access to high speed internet connections.

YOUR FORUM --

1) We will create a precise and identifiable TON Username = " YOUR-NAME " as a TON Member - to use for everything you do as a BUSINESS on the forums. If you are already active on the TON, you will keep your old TON username for personal use.

You should provide us with a Company Email Account to use when creating the YOUR-NAME username, so any future email, reset password, etc comes there. Since we still keep your existing TON Username active, you can use it for personal posting, email, password, etc.

2) We will create a new YOUR-NAME forum in the Classified Section - as a "TON Business Co-op Partner" - with detailed location/contact info right under the Forum Title on the Main Forum Index page and also on a sticky post at the top of the forum.

We have the option to set the forum permissions to allow only "YOUR-NAME" to post new topics - then we can set the permissions to allow any TON member to post replies and questions. We also could set permissions to allow any TON member to start new topics, questions, etc...it's your choice. Remember...you'll be allowing people to potentially post comments and opinions you might need to Moderate.

3) Regardless of how we set up the Forum Permissions above, we will assign your new TON Username with "Moderator" priviledges for the YOUR-NAME forum.

This way, you can assign the duties to yourself or one of your trusted office staff...to monitor and/or Moderate...and to add new posts and upload inline or attached photos, or documents or PDFs or sales brochures, or whatever...then you or your staff can manage old post follow up, monitoring what others post, deleting bad language others may post, etc.
