As always, it really depends on what type of riding you want to do. If you plan to spend anytime on the highway, you probably want something bigger. Or riding long distances on dirt roads, or riding at high altitude, more displacement = more fun.




Well stated Hoop.....I'm a big advocate for always getting the most bike you can afford, in the modern 4 strokes, and then letting your riding skills progress to the limit of the bike....A 650 can be ridden like a 250 but a 250 cannot be ridden like a 650.

Speaking of riding in general.....When are you going to join us again Hoop....It's about time!!!!
