SEASON OPENER RACE DATE CHANGE

"Dear TORO members,

After much deliberation, the TORO Board of Directors, in conjunction with the first round promoter, see fit to reschedule our 2015/16 season opener for the weekend of Nov. 7/8, 2015. This decision was reached with members in mind, as to not conflict with other local championship series' currently in season, as well as to compensate for the coming weather this weekend. This will allow us to provide a formal recon of the new racing format for the upcoming season, as well as ensure that the property and promoter are ready for the event.

We hope you will join us for the first Sprint Race of the year, and look forward to racing this fall and winter!"

Bummer....

Not being big on celebrating Halloween, and not involved in any other local series, we loved the timing and our family had made big plans for a weekend gathering at the series opener. Our personal fan club will definitely be smaller the following week but looking forward to it just the same.

We appreciate the enthusiasm from our members, and are very grateful for the understanding for our scheduling change. Our promoter is excited for the new weekend, and we are pumped to get the season underway!
