i recently bought a four wheeler, thinking it would be a way to get out with the family and have some fun! But when i took it out on the creekbeds near Lake meredith i was told that i could not ride without a certificate or regristration sticker. Not long ago they tried to take the riverbeds from us! what is up with this? Someone please make sense of this for me! anyone in the borger amarillo area know of anyother spots besides canadian river to ride?
