Be very afraid. No awning, no LP gas, no A\C or heat - (wiring), no generator, etc. It's just about a box! The refrigerator will *almost* hold a 6 pak and 1 sandwich. Your much better off getting a box from a "big name" company. Tell them you want it insulated, wired, and with a shower & toilet - it's then classified as a second home, which means you can finance it out to get low monthlys on it. JC Whitney carries a lot of RV stuff you can buy to add on after that. You can also take it back to the dealer and have things added as you can - I'll need a fullsize bed! I've seen self contained A\C units at HD and Walmart that run on 110 and only draw 9amps for a lot less than the roof mount a\c that gets beat up on top of the box. A small hole in the side of the trailer for drainage and you have protected portable a\c that can be rolled into the garage during summer heat. I've spent way to much time looking at opptions. I also have trailer issues!! Is there a place to get help?

Yep my friend there is a place, purchase ours! It has AC/heater, microwave, cabinets, carpet on floors, walls, new steel belted tires, etc...

There are a ton of these kinds of trailers on the market. Pace, Haulmark, Roadmaster(Campmaster), Aerolite, to name a few all make them. Fully decked out they start at around $11K and the sky is the limit. Most of the ones I have looked at you can get much larger tanks as well as plenty of extra options including roof observation decks.
