Looks like Ott Ranch outside Bastrop somewhere, not sure if I've been there or not. He said final decision would be Friday when he meets with landowner again. Shouldn't be a problem, Gil's words not mine.

That Cedar Rock location seems to be near the old Smithville or Cistern enduro, maybe a little further west. Should be some good BBQ in the area.

Does anyone know what the parking will be like at this property? Will the weather have an impact or not on the parking area? Motorhome friendly or trailer manditory?

If I've been here don't remember it, that said, seems like half the folks or more bring in heavy rigs including the promoter, so assume it'll be acceptable. But have heard horror stories at some events being PULLED in and not just out. no way am I getting towed in, back to house, lol.

Yeah I'm not a fan of being pulled either, that's why I always try to know what I am about to travel to. We haven't raced this property since I have been with torcs so I don't have anything to go on. Like you said, it will probably come.

Saw a video of Ar-Dave getting in some heavy duty sand practice for Ott Ranch,,,,,practice is cheating!!! But just out of curiousity, where was that practice area?

Race cancelled do to land owner issue.

At this time actually just postponed to 4-6-2019.

So has there been any confirmation that this race is "good to go"???

Landowner said to run it, Gil stated now it just depends on severe weather, otherwise it's a go.

Good luck, TORCS has had more than its share of rough weather in past months.

Weather looks worse, shows 100% Saturday and 90% Sunday, yikes. They still say it's a go so far.

Hopefully they can make a decision before I get several hours into my trip like last time. I wonder how the parking area will handle that much rain.

I really can't answer your question other than he just posted it's still a go. Says it's extremely sandy and parking lot dry. My 2 cents this is a go unless lightning becomes a problem.Seems that landowner has giver his blessing. If it changes I'll try to post up.

Rain totals are trending in our favor! Sand for daaayyys. This property can defiantly take an inch + of rain. This is the best property we could be at this weekend!

Sounds like our stars are lining up for another race weekend. I'll be heading out in a few hours, hopefully things will continue to get better.

Sounds like they made it yesterday but getting hammered this morning, may or may not run the races. Kids stuff was cancelled already.

They called the whole program, must be bad that is a rarity . Hope the rigs got out.

Sat was completely dry. A little dusty on parts. Pretty open and fast. The bigger issue was the lightning. Not smart do hop on a big chunk of metal and ride around in lightning.
