so exactly how does the sprint format work?

Sprint Enduro:
a collection of 2-3 "loops"
race each loop 2-3 times
trail is repeated
racers take off every 10-15 seconds individually (no rows)
racers must complete all loops within an allotted amount of time (usually 2.5 hours)
lowest time at the end of the day wins

you get to take a break after each loop (rest, repair, refuel) if desired.
