Crazy as it sounds, wondered if anyone was interested in swapping suspensions, front and rear, for my Factory Connection modded suspension, which is in perfect shape?

I just bought Shawn Edwards primo 2015 YZ250 who also races TSCEC stuff, set up by FC for a 165lb A-class Enduro rider. FC records show he had it rebuilt every two mos, done in Oct 16, put two races on it, bike sat up after that due to injury.

I am 6'2"/190/VetB Mx'er, but OEM suspension should be way closer for me than this enduro stuff.

Has flawless action, just way too soft for me, (and FC wants $600+$100 shipping to revalve it; too many kids in the house to swing that, LoL).

I have the ability to revalve it if I knew what shimstacks I needed, and FC will not sell me that info...
Bike has OEM springs front/rear.
Thanks for your time or any advice.

I would install the proper springs for your weight, bet the valving will be very close.

Hey Irish, thank u for the reply. FC thot the same thing, but yet even on that gentle mx track Red Bug located near u and I, the bike bottomed in the rear on on a series of accel bumps, and clanked the forks sometimes on the larger jumps.
Simply superb action all the way up to that point for sure, positively have never ridden better, and never had a problem when I rode it in the woods at the house, but moto was a diff story altogether.
Adding some oil will be a stop-gap measure for the forks, but not fix the real problem/s.
Thot about buying the OEM Basevalves and putting them in, but FC may have changed more than that??

MX is a very different world than the woods I poke along in. Good luck young man!

I have a 2015 YZ250FX with stock suspension and it's way too stiff for me. About 25 hours on the bike and suspension. I'm not sure whether the FX suspension would work for you or whether the F and 2t suspension is compatible, but if you're interested in figuring it out I'm game. I'm in Dripping Springs (west of Austin).
