I want to thank you so very much for leaving your race and finding a medic for my son, Preston, who was riding around on his pit bike and wrecked pretty bad. I don't know you but I want to hug your neck at the next race. He is doing well but really, really sore. Just a HUGE thanks. More of why we love this sport and why we love these people.

those strawbridges are good folks for sure

During practice on Saturday, Buddy was riding around on his four wheeler and saw a guy on a Yamaha go down. Buddy recognized heat exhaustion immediately and ran to the gentleman with a bottle of water. He then picked up the mans bike and propped it up against a tree for him. Buddy waited until the guy was able to get up before he went on. I'm not sure who the guy was, I saw him and his friend pulling out after practice but Buddy did a great job getting him assistance.

I believe I saw Buddy hanging around the parameds during his race due to another downed rider. I didn't catch who the rider was but they were loading him up in the ambulance. Kudos to Buddy for sure.

Y'all have no idea what this means to me. Buddy was the first one to the guy who was down on the track and then stayed to help. Then came across the pit bike accident. I waited at the hill when Buddy didn't come through Stephen went looking for him. I already knew he probably stopped to help. Buddy usually does. Told him one day maybe he will get to finish a race ha ha. But seriously this means more than any championship! So proud of my boy!!!!!! That right there is what it's all about. True sportsman Thanks again everyone

I've been away from all the goods times and good folks at the races, so this is prolly a bit late. This is exactly the kind of things that make me miss the TORN scene. Good job Buddy! And the Strawbridges! Hope to see y'all soon
