I wondered where you've been Donny. I guess that elbow tendon is all healed up and ready to race by now. I've moved to the utility class, but it would be good to see you at the track again.

I've heard the sacrum takes a long time to heal, and that it always hurts, that about what you're seeing?

Hey Chris old friend, sacrum injury is tough, can't see it and can't touch it, but you can sure feel the pain and takes a long time to heal. Cracked my tailbone and L5, caused pain and numbness across my lower back and down one leg, then on top of all that my right inside mcl was hiper extended and both rear meniscus in right knee blown, all in that one crash. Been planning to come out and just watch, but something always seems to come up with the wife......uh.

I see you every now and then, on a wall there are a lot of trophy plaques, one has your picture from 2011 from the dreaded Pit track. You've been immortalized to everyone who won that

I'll have to feel it out over the winter, try and get some practice in, and if all body parts will work right, I will get back to the racing next year. Probably not with the same vengeance as years past. Later.

Mechanix Impact gloves work well for me. Relax your grip. And if you get a blister, pop it and super glue it. Keeps the air off and it won't sting. Usually breaks down after a few days but by then it's healed up pretty well.
