Anyone ever been here before? It's in Grapevine. Just wondering about the leaglity of it. Camping? Fishing? Just driving back and forth? Is it only muddy when it rains? (Dumb question I know, just don't want to drive down there and just have dirt)

It's an off roaders paradise! Giant sand section and rock crawlers everywhere. The view of 635 around 5:00pm is worth the drive. Best part of the whole ride is the beer they serve at the micro-brew at the restaurant. Last time I was there, I saw about 25 atv's and lots of boats so be careful.

The area is surrounded by 1. A Sports Club (tennis, swimming, money), 2. horse ranches (outside activity, money) and 3. a golf course (again, people outside, money). Looks like an old washer/dryer/fridge drop off spot too. I'd tread very lightly if at all. Plenty of silencer action on your bike if riding. And be ready for a visit from the Po Po anyway, just in case.
