The camp road and campgrounds are in good shape despite all of the rain last weekend. Weather is very comfortable and it looks to be a great race weekend.

Lynn said the property is holding a fair amount of water and major rerouting of the race course is required. People will be working overtime to get the race course marked/ready today and tomorrow. Come on out and lend a hand.

See you there!

Cheers

P.S. Depending on the final race course, a fuel stop will be available if needed.

RACE WORKERS

All of the people available as race workers need to be at the 9:00 am riders meeting.

You will need to sign in and sign the wavers. We will instruct you on the proceedures, etc... You will be given the location and time to meet with your Safety Marshal and taken to your work assignment. You will be able to drive your on vehicles to or near your assignment.

Bring cooler, drinks, snacks, chairs, etc..and don't forget the sunscreen.

People missing the meeting may be turned away if the assignments are filled and no work day credit will be given. We a working real hard this year to improve orginization and put on the safest races possible.

Cheers

Also, just a reminder that we will be giving away a prize for one of the workers. They will be selected at random and must be present to win.

So, if you aren't riding, c'mon out and help.

Thanks for posting a time for workers to show up, I was not sure. Just want to make sure I am reading Kenny's post correctly, I do not need to bring my bike to work the event?

Thanks,

Terry

Conditions are perfect, bring your business socks.

We usually reroute to avoid water. There is some standing water, but I figure it's better than a dust bowl.
