Oil Oil of course!!!!!

Hahahaha......

Go with thin two stroke gear lube. Always safe. Stay away from high detergent car oil. Sticks to clutch plates.

Don't tell me this is the first time you're changing the oil in that thing...

Hey Hood,

Per Jim... you should run ATF in your GasGas.

Just remember to change it frequently!

Hey Daryl, Fresh and clean case oil is critical on a Gas Gas to keep from boogering up your crank seals. I change the fluid every 10 hours and use 400cc of GM auto track fluid but Waynes recommendation is what is commonly used. Thats not much fluid so oil changes are inexpensive, quick, and great insurance.

I always used the auto trac fluid till I got this new bike. Ran it in my 2009 gas gas pro and never had any problems. I did change it very often though.

The auto trac has now been determined to cause the plates to come apart if any moisture gets in the crankcase. The auto trac is supposed to cause clutch slip In the new pros also, supposedly the spring is lighter. All of the experts who used to recommend auto trac are recommending ATF now.
