I know this is an old post. But I am gonna jump on any way. Similar situation to yz4jdm. I am an Arizona transplant. I am in the Army up at FT Hood. I have a 33 foot toy hauler. Ride primarily bikes, but have a quad too. I do a little racing for fun. At my current skill level no factory teams are intrested in picking me up. (sarcasm) I am looking for some fun (no drama) people to ride, race, and camp with. I have been to Marble Falls, and liked it. I just dont like riding alone, it is too dangerous. I just want to get some seat time. Moto, trails, anything.

Hey, thank you for your service and welcome to Texas. Since you're at Fort Hood you have to check out CTOR http://www.ridector.com/ If you liked Hidden Falls, you'll love CTOR. Great bunch of guys ride up there and it's right in your backyard. Also keep an eye on AMSA rides by watching the AMSA forum. There's 2 private MX tracks in the Austin area that are having ride days tomorrow; unique opportunities. Also, try a TORCS race, alot of fun and there's a class for all levels. They recently had a race at a ranch just several miles from Hidden Falls. I'm hurt right now or I'd get together for a ride with you. Definately not cool to ride alone. You can make some friends fast at CTOR, AMSA or TORCS smile

Maddog, thanks for the info, and the link. I went down to the Gator Bait race and helped them out. It was another great place to ride, and the Trail Riders of Huston club was a great host. I have to say that this website makes it hard to come up with an excuse not to ride. So many friendly people and so much information on here. Sorry to hear you are hurt, I am always up for a ride, so hit me up when you get better. Thanks again for the link, and info.

azdirty, if you ever want to go ride, i'm right down the road in harker heights. I'll be pretty busy until after the wedding later this month, but I'm normally up for a ride day on the weekends. Also, the TORCS races are great! Very well run, great people, and great races.
