i have a 03 yz250 that has a stock pipe on it it also came with a pro circuit pipe my question is would it be worth my wild to put it on and what would happen if i did not rejet

nothing,, if you changed the muffler you might have to re jet. If you want to check the tune, with either pipe, "Read the plug." Black is rich, white is lean, a nice walnut color is good. But for the most part you should be ok.

Also if you go to pro circuits web site they should have jetting recommendations for different applications

I have an 03yz250. I had a pro circuit pipe, damaged it, bought another pro circuit, smashed it up again, Switched to a cheap stock one I found with the same Shorty r304 muffler. I did not notice a difference, at least from the dented pipes to the stock. I typically run a bit rich so I can keep the same jetting from 50-100 degrees. Never have fouled a plug.

Good plan. If you want more power, the V-Force reeds do a nice job of adding snap to your bike.

I have never had to with the reeds. Sometimes you might have to raise/lower the needle but nothing dramatic.
