Same here I really liked the challenge even though I only made 2 practice laps before a tumble down the hill ended my race day. But I stuck around to cheer my nephew on in his race. Just think if this is the hardest track the rest should be a cake walk. Just sayin'. See y'all at the next race.

This track is like the tracks I cut my teeth on back in the day when I started racing cross country in 1983. I loved it!!! It was Lake Whitney without the stair-step ledges on all the hills. What a tough ride but very gratifying at the end of the day. Thanks, Curtis/TORN, for a throw back to the good ol' days. smile

Stand up? I was just glad me and the bike didn't part ways and was still on two wheels at the bottom

Don't think it was the best track to open season with, but the track was the same for everyone. Some could some couldn't. I didn't,but made it thru it and can't wait for freestone. Thanks Torn crew.

coppertom I think you hit the nail on the head. My first thought after riding the track was that this is a mid season track. Not one that we needed to ride after being off 2 months, but I guess it's not TORN's fault we chose to be couch potatos.

Thanks TORN and staff. I think you guys did a great job.

I chunked a bunch of knobbies of a BRAND NEW rear tire and had a blast doing it. Was really pumped to see all the people at the top of the hills. I did manage to slide halfway up a tree on my skid plate before it bucked me
