Duct tape was the preferred material to keep that visor on your open face helmet. My Arai still has the red duct tape holding the smoke visor in place complete with the JT Racing decal on it!!!!

Yea John but you are not still wearing it! Ha Ha Galon is still using his! This picture was take about May 2010. The reason I know it that I took it! i have to say it is a pretty good shot. I think I will post the edited copy so you can see the duct tape real good.

Clive, that neck brace was added to stack on weight in an attempt to hold the front end of that old 450 killer on the ground. That picture that Mark posted shows that the duct tape and neck brace didn't weigh enough. As you can see, said 450 killing power of that old bike would force the need to move the added weight of the neckbrace and strip of duct tape over the bars to decrease traction.........That's the short answer.Hope it helps.

Is my Arai with the removable/adjustable chin bar a little more acceptable than my open face Arai with the duct tape and Moto Peak visor?
