Thanks for the support,,the TRH Members are the best,,Kenny is nuts,,I love the Goat video....I found out that I know one of the main hunters at skull creek,,I think I am going to do a little Public Relations with Him, and find out where They mainly hunt, and at what time,, that way Everyone can get along,, I hate it when those cross hairs are focused on Me...even worse, They could hit My RM.....thanks for Everyone's support....I will talk to Toby about the best date for the fun run......Dr.D..

I think we normally give the hunters morning and dusk. Trim our riding back a little, like from about 9:00am till 4 or 5pm. I wear a vest when I ride, but I don't think it was designed to stop rifle bullets.

I will see if any of them bow hunt,if Your moving really fast, You might get lucky,,,,The times that You posted are pretty close,, it looks like most of the deer stands are on the west side, unless They moved more in.....I don't think it will be a problem.....Dr.D..

yup...we already discussed this issue for Eric's event...kinda figured we shud let them know about the weekend. Are the hunters primarily employees/friends of the mining company?

if u know one of the guys that's great.

White-tailed Deer Colorado County
Special Youth-Only Season: Early open season: October 30-31, 2010
Archery Only: October 2-November 5, 2010
General Season: November 6, 2010-January 2, 2011

One member mentioned an encounter a previous year where the guy/hunter acted like we shud not be out there before 10am or after 3pm during the hunting season...that really doesn't seem workable for the total season. Pre-rut and the rut typically are November and December around here but with all of the feeders i've seen it's more of a harvest rather than look'n for Muy Grande

cheers

Looks like Kenzo has been on Tractor Supplies website.
Read some of his reviews:

Hunting Season riding is restricted on NW Section only - no riding before 9am or after 4pm
We also have a right to the lease & we were there before them. They know motor-cycles are out there. If they don't like it they should find another lease!Hold your ground guys & don't let them stomp all over you.
