Sorry about the post, but I would hate to drive that far and my race get called. Really no matter what happens the race should not be called until the situation is worked out. Should have had a meeting with the racers first is all I am saying. Where I live is just so far from any decent race series, and I dont like putting up money for a race, and then get taken out of the mix because of some one elses decision. Everywhere I do race: if there is an issue with things happen on or off the track, the track officials have allways come to us and worked the problems out, IF it cannot be worked out the everyone should agree to have it called. Wrecks are one thing, but if someone is causing all the wrecks then that person should be dq'd for that race. Dont ruin it for everyone. Quads cost alot more money to buy, seutup, and build than bikes, so if there becomes problems for a race of the quads, it just needs to be talked about and try to work the issues out. That is all I am saying about the issues I have seen for the race on the 23rd. I dont know your rules and I dont run the races, but I would have liked to heard or seen the situation worked out in a different way is all.

Dont let a few bad apples spoil you. Alot of the threats were made by pee wee dads and moms that thinks they are racing instead of their kids. The Amp seires has been going on for years and years. Some people still dont understand that indoor racing is close racing, and with that you will have alot of bumping and grinding. If you dont understand that, then you should not race indoor events. Bob has done more for racing in oklahoma than any person has in the past 30 years. Its hard to please everybody, so he does the best he can with what he has to work with. The problem asohagen has is I dont think they understand that racing will kill you. Some people think it a baseball game. So asohagen if you think you can get all quads to boycott the races, your as stupid as your post

lol!!!! like that. Yea I know it is close. Heck we race a 1/4 mile and it too can get close at times. When money is on the line is the only time it might get a little hectic. But the way I look at is hey I would rather just back off and be safer than to try to win 100.00 dollars. there is allways another race on down the road to try to win. the 1/4 mile we race can be deadly if you bump and grind. Ask Lonnie. HE didnt hit anyone, but was just trying to avoid them, and liked to have ended his career. Lonnie is the man is all I can say. The speeds we carry into the corners is very excessive at times. I race long flat tracks for that reason. I wanted to get into the short track series to gear up for the crashes and extreme close racing that I will deal with in the extreme dirt track racing in 2011. maybe next year I can make it to the amp series. hope yall have a good rest of the season without all the mayhem that has come from just 1 race this season.. Good Luck Too ya!!!!!

I have been racen quads for 10 years and have not seen a race called or stop. The second restart should have been single file and the race oreder was never right. I would like to know the reason the pro quads were stoped. I don't race there anymore because of the bs that goes on. The quads get the shity end of the deal when they are the ones who put on the good races. We never get the dash for cash unless we go out and collect our own donations. The quad I was there to see was second twice and keep gettin put on the back if they would have single file restarted and the positons were right it may have changed the out come. I only got to see 20% of the race so can I get an 80% refund lol. I like the fact we have somewhere to race the barn is great I just wish it was ran a little differnt. And as far as nicalee goes... she does a great job at reg. and scoring... but she can not do it all!!!she cant watch the line to score and know what goes on behind her. It would be a great improvement if there was someone there just to watch the race and now all the rules that could help her out. As far as who is recking and in what place and how many laps and when it should be single file. And also I know that the karts are a great show as well... would be awesome if the had a dfc every once in a while as well as the quads.. Just some suggestions Bob.
