I just received an email concerning Cherokee.

"THEY ARE SAYING IT SHOULDN'T BE PERMANENT BUT NOT A GOOD SIGN

Public Notice concerning the property located at 1885 CR 364 in Milano, TX 76556, and known as Cherokee Cycle Park: A writ of possession for the property has been issued by the Travis County Probate Court in Cause Number C-1-PB-09-001747 and is scheduled to be executed by the Milam County Constable, Precinct 3, on the morning of January 21,2010, at which time the property will be closed to the public. Therefore, it is highly advised that any personal property stored on that property be removed prior to that date. The owner of the property cannot be responsible for personal property remaining on the property beginning January 21, 2010."

this is devasating news, I also hope this is very temporary as is my favorite place to ride! Keep us posted please
