Is there anyway this date can be changed to either Dec. 26th OR Jan, 9th?? Several if not most of Laredo racers will be racing Freestone the weekend of Jan 2nd... Ray Washington will also be racing in another series that date. Would appreciate taking some consideration in the date change.

The 26th would be nice. I will be out of town working on the 2nd.
I also heard alot of the guys from Mexico are out of town on the second.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience but, unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. There are several riders who are wanting to take part in the "Texas Winter Series" and the "Triple Crown Series" which basically take up every weekend from January through March. The "Texas Winter Series" starts on January 3rd. We have gone above and beyond in trying to make the "South Texas MX Series" run as smooth as possible. We cancelled our October race so that Laredo could run on that date and cancelled all of our practices that coincided with series dates. In the event of poor weather on the week of January 2nd, we will try again on the 9th.

Yes, my mistake. It is the "Top Texan Motocross Series" at 3-Palms that starts on January 3rd. The "Texas Winter Series" starts on January 2nd, The "Triple Crown Series" starts on January 10th, and the "ADVMX Championship Series" starts on January 24th.

I'm sure a lot of the Corpus riders will be racing the Triple Crown Series starting at Cycle Ranch on the 10th.

well is there a way to just end the series there?? All of us already have plans to attend other series and i know of 2 riders that if they dont show up to los fresnos they lose the series and they already had planned to go to freestone.

It is what it is. Im gonna lose my place in series to. (2nd). Pauls hands are tied up. He is right. We cant control the weather. My thoughts are have the race on the 9th. It just makes it a pain for the drive for who ever will race at cycle ranch. But closer than Del Valle, Freestone and 3 Palms. And maybe it gives people time to plan and or save for the trip. Any thoughts?
