I thought about moving this thread, but I'm going to leave this here and suggest you also post a copy of this same question up in the top section in a board called "The Pits"....it gets far more traffic and through word of mouth should attract a few guys who remember the Ft. Hood Dirt Riders and also can offer comments about riding out at Ft. Hood during the '70s. ...BB.
