Congratulations to NOONONATOR! Won his class! Man that last few miles of the long course left me barely standing. I'm not say'in i was the last one standing, just that I was standing. Paley didn't do too bad either And Greg it looks like you had some trouble. Thats my 2nd enduro and I've never seen so much carnage in a race of anykind!

I secured the clutch perch with five zip-ties after a tip over somewhere out on loop two. (I'll be seeing you soon Brian!) Later, much later, with the wobbly perch still approximately where it belonged, I was two miles from the last check when a course worker alerted me to the fact that I was already 66 minutes late, had already houred out, and could save myself A LOT of trouble by going down a log-filled gully and taking the four wheeler trail back to camp. Log-filled gully? It looked a lot easier than the last few miles had been! I heard those two miles I skipped were extra special, so I have no regrets that I didn't get to ride them.
I feel better today, but Sunday afternoon a motivated buyer could have bought a 200 XC cheap!
It was great to see that most of the other AMSA riders did well! As for me... NEXT YEAR!
Greg
