It is June so it is time again for the Golden Eagle Enduro in Stillwater. Though not a TSCEC sanctioned event, these folks do an excellent job on their summer race. A flyer is attached.

The Golden Eagle enduro was a blast. We got 3/10" of rain on Saturday night which made the track awesome. I have been riding at Stillwater since 1982 and the conditions today for the first two loops were the best that I can ever remember. It did dry out in the open areas on the third loop. The temperature had been running 105 degrees on my way up to the track on Saturday but a cold front came through and dropped it down to 92 degrees when I got there. It was in the low 90's today during the race. The guys at Stillwater got the results figured quickly after the race. All in all, it was a great way to spend the day. The overall event was won by a smoking fast Texan, Tate Reynolds.

Your 110% right that was a great ride, great weather, and dam good ice cream after the race. Many thank you's goes out to GEE staff for a great course "TIME KEEPING YA" Stillwater and there Rec department for letting us ride.

All riders that were not present, you missed out.

Thanks to the TSCEC riders who made the trek north to our place. The rain came in a good amount at a good time, somebody must be living right!
I hope to get things arranged to make a few more of the TSCEC races in the future.
