Guys and Gals. PLease look at the numbers. Last year we did not have enough teams to qualify to even give the award away. We are acting like this is a big deal, If it was then we would have participation in the Challenge.

Bill as for adding more classes that is a non starter. If you are concerned about Ex A class or long course guys smoking you then pick the fast guy for your team.

Buying a bunch of plaques and watering down a weak system is not the answer.

I am not certain about last years numbers. This is my first year racing in Enduro's. The question I would have, is last year's numbers a true indication of how past years have gone historically? I would hate to have a rule changed based off of one year's results. I would hate to manage to the exception.

Either way, I think the team competions are fun (maybe I am the exception). It has encouraged me not to seek out the fastest rider but rather calling a old friend and say "Hey let's race these things together and under the same team".

Will we win, not sure, but what I do know for sure is that it has been fun this year racing on a team with good friends.

Regarding the same fast riders winning - well it is the same course for everyone all we have to do is go faster! I like the competition.

I did not suggest we add a class. I suggested we cut 8 classes and change one. The reason there is no participation is because it is fubar the way it is now. Make it an even playing field and maybe someone will take interest.

The team awards were created and are provided by clubs and not the circuit. They should be ones deciding and applying the rules.

I agree with EnduroRdr that we should not kill off the High plains and Sabine team divisons. This year is my first time to Ride in the enduros and I probably would have not started if it was not for Joe (one of my teammates)asking me to join his team in the highplains divison. Now that due to our team having to break up, due to Joe moving to Ohio at the end of August. We are not going to be able to finish off the year as a team. But for me I plan on going to the rest of the high plains enduros.
