Organized Practice: 9:00am – 3:00pm (Day track only)
Registration: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (NEW Tower)

Saturday & Sunday (July 4th & 5th, 2009)
Gates Hours: 6:00am - 10:00pm
Registration: 6:30am
Practice Begins: 7:30am
Following Practice: Riders Meeting, Opening Ceremonies, and Racing Begins

***$20 weekend pass per person payable in full upon entering Friday or Saturday. If you are not staying for Sunday’s race, Refunds are given until 7pm Saturday evening.

Online Sign Up & Registration at Track
1. Online Sign Up is open until midnight Thursday, July 2, 2009
2. Online Pre-Registration must check in and pay at the tower during Registration hours.
3. Post registration (Tower) accepts cash only. NO CHECKS.
4. Pre-Entry riders (this include parent/guardian if rider is a minor) MUST check in at Registration (Tower) to sign releases.
5. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration.
6. All riders (Pre & Post Entries) must report to tower to receive practice sticker.
7. A rider will NOT be allowed on track without a practice sticker and armband.
8. Organized Practice rider must practice with designated group.
9. Minors with Guardian must have two copies of “notarized” statements for Guardian to be able to sign for minor.

No Pit Bike riding. Must be 18 and hold a valid drivers license to drive Golf Karts or Utility Vehicle. No Pit Bikes allowed.
All Pit Vehicles must be parked by 10:00pm.
