Java, make sure to attend the AMSA family day on Sunday the 21st. I will make an announcement on the club forum with all the details. You and your daughter will love the ride location!

The trails at BC are just now getting under construction. The family day ride will be at Goertz Ranch in Rockne on the 21st. It's a really fun place to ride, with soft terrain, hills, woods, huge pecan bottom, and deep shady creek beds. You don't want to miss that one!
More info on the AMSA forum later today.

City Park is a blast, but the main loop is definately not suited for beginners.

Perhaps I will show up so my daughter can get some ride time in. I will see if she can get out of working that day so we can go.

I don't have a bike at the moment but that is OK. I am having fun just watching her learn to ride. It would be nice to meet some local riders as well.

I have no idea where this place is, but I am sure that info will be made available at some point. Can someone tell me how much the entrance fee will be?

Thanks,
Jay

Java, not to hijack your post, but the info about the club ride day is here.

Now, back to City Park for your regularly scheduled programming!

Coincidentally, the KTM people will be having demo rides on new KTMs at the family day.

Jay,

Hope to see you at the family day. Be sure to take some KTM demos. They're just like crack dealers, the first hit is on them, then next thing you know you're hooked!

Hey Chris,

Thought that might be you. Decided on moving to the bay area or not yet?
