Want everyone to keep Marcus Kelly in your thoughts as he is going under the knife for back surgery again.

Marcus is one of those people that is ALWAYS there to help us in anyway he can.

Tomorrow we say good bye to Ross Goodwin, my father in law.

Ross was one of us. He rode the enduros in the early '70s as member of the Capital Cats.

He shared his passion for riding with his daugthers, who still love to ride.

I'll miss him dearly.

surgery went well (L4/L5 and L5/S1 microdiscetomy) on Friday and I am hopefully on the mend. They told me day 2 & 3 would be the toughest, and boy was that an understatement!!! I should be back out n about in a week to so, but off a bike considerably longer.

Great news Marcus, mend up quickly.
