I got a 04 250 and my problem is that it just aint runnin right like its not gettin enough fuel. Its alot harder to start and keep runnin, and when u get on it it just spits and sputers and wants to die. But if u stick somethin up in the intake to limit the air flow it runs pretty good. Anyone know whats wrong with my quad or where i could go to find out.

You're probably right. It's not getting enough gas. Did you do anything to it recently? new exhaust? open up the intake? maybe the jets are partly clogged. clean the carb.

Do you have a parking break rev limiter? Possible it is not making contact. It thinks the parking break is on so it wont let the engine rev.
