On this roll chart... The Black Numbers on the left are mileage into the enduro, the green numbers are the MPH (in that section of the enduro), and the next set of black numbers are the minutes/ hours into the enduro. The green blocks are speed changes with a mile mark. The finish at the end is the mileage that you would end-up with if you made all of the leaps and adjustments to your mileage or computer and the finish time 3 hrs 11 minutes from your start in the morning if you are on time. The Free blocks are wait minutes at certain points in the enduro, like the 60 Free at 49.4 is the lunch between the morning and afternoon enduros and if you are on perfect time you have a 60 minute wait, if you running behind you have less time than that, by what ever the amount that you are behind. Just in case it's not clear there are three duplicate rows on the roll chart- from left to right. Hope this helps.
