How much for the 454? What kind of shape is it in?
Does the 350 TB have any of the sensors, etc. or is it just the TB and intake?
Also what gears are in the 14blt.

The 454 seems to be seized, but I am not really sure. The fellow I bought it from said that he parked it when it quit running. The plugs were really corroded and 6 plugs wires were melted in two. I pulled all the plugs and tried to turn it with a socket to no avail. I hope that answers your question. You are more than welcome to come look at it. I don't need it and would probably take a less than reasonable offer for it. It might be good for a block to rebuild and possibly the heads.
The TBI does not have any sensors. It has some fuel fittings and some random vacuum lines along with the manifold. It all came off a 350 and I would probably take less than a reasonable offer on that too.
I have two 14b rears and I will not know until tuesday what gears are in them. One came from an 88 1ton, and the other came from an 81 3/4 ton.

Does the 454 have the serpentine belt setup? If it does, is it the full setup or serp/vbelt setup?

It still has all the original accessories still mounted, run by a full serpentine belt system.

A granny 4 speed in the ole YJ would sure be cool... Too bad I wouldn't be able to afford the adapters to put it in! Good luck man.

What are the specs for that 465 tranny? (input splines, 2wd/4wd, what it's out of,etc.) I'm trying to satisfy my curiosity and looking up adapters, etc to keep my NP231 and 4.0 engine and put it between them.

Well actually I have two of them and I really need to get rid of them both. One is a FWD sm465 with an attached transfer case that I think is np208. The year was a 1981 chevy 3/4 ton. The other tranny is out of a two wheel drive 1 ton chevy 1988 model. I have drivshafts for both that will be included if you want them. Make me an offer, I would take a less than reasonable one. Granny gear of 6.55 to 1 Try http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/sm465.htmAnd this for a review http://www.bluetorchfab.com/forum/printthread.php?t=768

I sent you an email from work. I've been looking for which one would be better, the 2wd or 4wd, because either one would require an output shaft to match the TC. I think I read somewhere that the 2wd from '88 has the 35 splint output and for some reason it couldn't be used(?) If that is not true, that would be the one I would want.
